General Information:

LIMITED exhibition space is available and will be assigned as registration and payments are received. Interested parties are encouraged to reserve their space as soon as possible. Early registration (before May 2, 2017) is advised. Shipping information, availability of additional booth furniture, and instructions will be sent out by the meeting exhibition set-up company, Valley Expo.

Registrations received after May 19, 2017 may not be accommodated.

Booth Package:
(1) 8' x 10' booth dimensions
  3 ’ side rail drapes
(1) 8' x 30" topped and skirted table
(2) Chairs
(1) Identification Sign – dimensions 7” x 44”
(1) Electrical outlet upon request on your exhibitor application form
(1) One full meeting registration

Registration Fees:

Initial Exhibitor Registration:$1,500
Additional Booth Representatives (up to 3):$500


Exhibition space will be allocated on receipt of registration and full payment. If you do not send payment with your registration form, you will be sent an invoice by U.S. mail. When your registration and full payment have been received, you will be sent a confirmation letter.

Exhibitor Move In: Sunday; June 25, 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (before 1st coffee break)
Exhibits Open: Sunday; June 25, 10:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. (flexible hours; staffing during meal times)
Monday, June 26; 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. (flexible hours; staffing during meal times)
Tuesday, June 27; 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (flexible hours; staffing during meal times)
Exhibit Move Out: Tuesday, June 27; 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Valley Expo will be coordinating shipping out of materials.

General Information:

Publishers have two opportunities to provide materials to participants of ASV 2017.

1- Display Materials
A small display area for advertising materials from publishers will be set up in a highly trafficked area where they can be picked up by participants.

2- Insert Materials in Participant Bags
Materials from publishers can be inserted into the bags which participants receive at registration check-in.

Publisher Fees:
There are two levels of Publisher fees: Preferred Publishers and Other Publishers.

1- Preferred Publisher Fees - eligible preferred publishers are:

Bentham Science Publishers
Elsevier Science
Future Medicine
International Medical Press
Lippincott Williams & Wilkins
Natural Publishing Group
S. Karger AG Basel
Wiley - Blackwell Publishing

There is no charge to preferred publishers wishing to send small quantities of brochures for browsing and selective pick up. There is a fee of $100 per item for inserting items into participant bags.

2- Other Publisher Fees
The fee for Other Publishers to send small quantities of brochures for browsing and selective pick up is $50 per item. The fee for inserting items from Other Publishers into the participant bags is $225 per item.

Shipping Publisher Materials:
If you wish to provide materials for display handout or to be inserted into the participants' meeting bags, you must complete and submit a publisher registration form and ship the materials to:

Materials must be received by June 2, 2017. Materials to be inserted in participant bags need to be of sufficient quantity (1,500 - 1,600).
