Parking Reservation for Conference Center Events

This form is intended for event coordinators and meeting planners to order and reserve multiple pre-paid parking permit paid by Event Plan Invoicing or Purchasing Card through Pyle Center.

*NOTE* If your speakers are staying at the Lowell Center, a parking spot will be assigned via the Lowell Center front desk. Overnight parking onsite at The Lowell Center is $10.00 per night per vehicle. Off-site parking in Lot 83 is complimentary. Parking permits will be issued to your speaker through the front desk at Lowell Center by calling 866-301-1753. Parking permits for your speaker can be master billed to your account.

You may choose between two lots where we rent stalls from the UW-Madison Campus.

Lot 6 is located three buildings west of Pyle Center and the cost for a parking permit is $13 per vehicle. Lot 83 is two blocks south of Pyle Center and is $12 per vehicle. 5.5% sales tax where applicable.

The reserved space for Lot 83 will be located in UW-Campus Lot 83 under the Fluno Center, 601 University Avenue. After parking, exit the ramp and head north on Lake Street walking approximately 3 blocks towards Lake Mendota to Pyle Center. Printable map.

The reserved space for Lot 6 will be located in the UW-Campus Lot 6 under Helen C. White Library, 600 N. Park Street. After parking, exit the ramp and head east on Langdon Street or the Lake shore path 1 block to the corner of Langdon Street and Lake Street.

Permit requests must be received by Pyle Center at least two weeks prior to the start date of your event or they may not be filled. This is due to the processing and postal system.

Parking permits will be assigned based on availability, are subject to change, and are not guaranteed.

To request a permit, complete the form below. Once we receive your application and payment, we will assign parking and send you a permit via U.S. mail or campus mail prior to your event date. If you do not receive your permit prior to your event date, please call to confirm your reservation and arrange to pick up the permit from the Guest Services staff at Pyle Center Front Desk when you arrive. If you need to cancel, please call (608) 262-1122 or email at least 48 hours in advance or you will be responsible for the parking fee.

You can order permits in two ways:
  • If you know the names of the people needing permits, start with the first person, enter the name and dates. In the number of permits needed field, enter only the number of permits that person will need. Click the Add Another or Pay button. You will then be given the option to enter the subsequent names with the same procedure.
  • If you do not know the names, please leave the name field blank. If you are ordering in bulk with the same dates, enter the number of permits and then click Add Another or Pay button. If you are ordering multiple permits for different days, continue to use the Add Another or Pay button to place a different calendar day request until your order is complete for all days.

Permit Delivery: Permits will be mailed, typically through campus mail, to the person placing the order in the top section, unless otherwise noted. If you are ordering a week or less from the event date, we can not guarantee delivery through campus or US postal service. You will need to pick your parking permit up from the Guest Services staff at Pyle Center Front Desk.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be requested and must be received 48 hours in advance of your parking dates. No refunds will be given after the 48 hour deadline has passed.
