Please read carefully before requesting reserved parking.

If you are a guest of the Lowell Center, a parking space is included with your guest room for a small daily rate. Parking permits may be purchased six months prior to the event start date.

Space is extremely limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis by advance reservation only. Permit requests must be received by the Pyle Center at least one week prior to the event start date.

Once we receive your application and payment, we will send you a permit via U.S. Mail. If you do not receive your permit prior to the event start date, please call to confirm your reservation and arrange to pick up a permit at the Pyle Center front desk when you arrive.

If you no longer need a permit, please call (608) 262-1122 or email at least 48 hours in advance or you will be responsible for the parking fee.

Many area hotels (including the Lowell Center) provide parking for overnight guests. Many hotels are within walking distance and/or offer shuttle services. We recommend that you check with your hotel for more information before you request a reserved parking permit for the Pyle Center or the Lowell Center.

Generally, it isn't necessary to rent a car if you arrive via Dane County Regional Airport. The airport is located only about six miles from downtown Madison and the UW campus area, and ample taxi and limousine service is available.

Public parking ramps and metered street parking spaces are available without advance reservations but are often filled to capacity by 10:00 a.m. Refer to the map for lot locations.
